How PitchSeen handles account information, confidential decks, investor details, engagement records, and support data.
Controller and scope
PitchSeen operates from the Kingdom of Bahrain and acts as controller for the website, mobile app, investor portal, private deck links, and support services. Privacy requests: hello@pitchseen.com.
Data we collect
Account and workspace details; uploaded decks and opportunity information; investor preferences and introduction messages; invitee email or phone details; access, verification, acknowledgement, and engagement events; device, browser, IP, and security logs; payment status from Tap; and support messages.
Purposes and legal bases
We process data to perform the service contract, secure accounts, provide engagement analytics, send requested communications, process web payments, prevent fraud, respond to support requests, and meet legal obligations. Where law requires consent, it may be withdrawn prospectively.
Recipients
We do not sell personal data. Necessary providers may include hosting and storage, SendGrid for transactional email, Twilio for verification, Tap for web payments, and OpenAI for configured support and document-processing functions. Access is limited to the service purpose.
Retention and deletion
We retain information while an account is active and as needed for the Service. Verified deletion requests are completed within 30 days unless a legal, security, dispute, or financial-record obligation requires limited retention.
Your rights
You may request confirmation, access, correction, export, deletion, objection, or restriction where applicable. Email hello@pitchseen.com from your account email. You may complain to Bahrain's Personal Data Protection Authority or another competent authority.
International transfers and security
Data may be processed outside your country using appropriate safeguards where required. We use HTTPS, hashed passwords, encrypted sensitive records, access controls, malware scanning, short-lived links, and least-privilege practices. No system can promise absolute security.

البيانات التي نجمعها
بيانات الحساب ومساحة العمل، العروض والفرص، تفضيلات المستثمر ورسائل التعارف، بريد أو هاتف المدعوين، سجلات الوصول والتحقق والإقرار والتفاعل، معلومات الجهاز والمتصفح وIP والأمن، حالة الدفع من Tap، ورسائل الدعم.
الأغراض والأسس القانونية
نعالج البيانات لتنفيذ عقد الخدمة وتأمين الحسابات وعرض التحليلات وإرسال الاتصالات المطلوبة ومعالجة الدفع على الويب ومنع الاحتيال والرد على الدعم والامتثال للقانون. يمكن سحب الموافقة مستقبلاً حيث تعتمد المعالجة عليها.
المستلمون
لا نبيع البيانات. قد نعتمد عند الضرورة على الاستضافة والتخزين وSendGrid للبريد وTwilio للتحقق وTap للدفع على الويب وOpenAI لوظائف الدعم ومعالجة المستندات المهيأة، مع تقييد الوصول لغرض الخدمة.
الاحتفاظ والحذف
نحتفظ بالبيانات أثناء نشاط الحساب وبقدر الحاجة للخدمة. تُنجز طلبات الحذف المتحقق منها خلال 30 يوماً ما لم يلزم احتفاظ محدود لأسباب قانونية أو أمنية أو مالية أو نزاع قائم.
حقوقك
يمكنك طلب تأكيد المعالجة أو الوصول أو التصحيح أو التصدير أو الحذف أو الاعتراض أو التقييد حيث ينطبق. راسل hello@pitchseen.com من بريد حسابك. ويمكنك الشكوى إلى هيئة حماية البيانات الشخصية في البحرين أو جهة رقابية مختصة.
النقل والأمن
قد تُعالج البيانات خارج بلدك بضمانات مناسبة حيث يلزم. نستخدم HTTPS وكلمات مرور مجزأة وتشفير السجلات الحساسة وضوابط الوصول وفحص البرمجيات الضارة وروابط قصيرة العمر ومبدأ أقل صلاحية. لا يوجد نظام آمن بشكل مطلق.
