Getting started
A simple founder flow.
Does the investor need a PitchSeen account?
No. A valid link opens the deck directly in a fast, browser-based viewer. An optional email gate can be added when attribution matters, but registration is never required.
What does the investor experience?
The investor receives a professional link and opens the deck in the browser. They can move naturally through the presentation without creating an account or installing an app.
Do investors need the mobile app?
No. The app gives founders quick access to funding-round controls and gives registered investors their own opportunity portal. Private deck links still open in the browser.
Can I use PitchSeen in Arabic?
Yes. PitchSeen is designed for Arabic and English from the outset, including an RTL founder experience and support for paired Arabic and English deck versions.

What exactly can I see?
You can see when a named link opens, returns, receives active viewing time, reaches pages and which deck version was viewed. PitchSeen reports observed engagement—not investment intent.
Does an open mean an investor is interested?
No. An open is an observed action, not a decision. PitchSeen helps you see context such as returns, active time and page progression so you can decide whether to follow up thoughtfully.
Will I always know exactly who opened a link?
Named links provide the strongest context. If you choose an email gate, the viewer identifies themselves before opening. PitchSeen clearly distinguishes named, email-gated and less certain access contexts.

Can I update a deck after sending it?
Yes. Replace the active version once and selected live links open the current deck. Earlier engagement remains connected to the version actually viewed.
Can I stop access after I share a link?
Yes. You can pause, revoke or set an expiry for PitchSeen-hosted access. The link then stops serving the deck in the viewer.
Can PitchSeen stop screenshots or copies?
No platform can control a recipient’s physical device. PitchSeen keeps hosted access view-only by default and lets you pause, expire or revoke a link without making false promises.

When should I upgrade to Founder?
Upgrade when recurring engagement, deeper analytics and an organized follow-up queue become useful to your active fundraising process—not before.
Can I choose annual billing?
Yes. Founder and Team are available monthly or yearly. The yearly option includes two months free compared with monthly billing.
